When will my order ship?
- All items ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lexington, SC within 3 days after purchase.
- Please review the order for the correct shipping address. Please contact us via the chat feature on our website or by e-mail email@example.com immediately if there is an error with the shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us with incorrect addresses or missing information.
Estimated Delivery Dates
- All orders ship via USPS. Once your item is shipped it should arrive in 3-5 business days.
- Signature is NOT required on standard shipping method
- Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders via USPS
- We do offer International shipping however we cannot guarantee arrival times on international packages. Shipping is calculated on these orders at checkout.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email provided at the time of order.
- When items ship from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in USPS.

Once your order ships, you will recieve an e-mail with your tracking information, please allow up to 24 for shipping updates to show.
I entered the wrong address, can you change it for me?
Yes, as long as you contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed, you can still contact us after and we will change it as long as it has not shipped, but once you receive an e-mail of it shipping, we recommend you reach out to USPS.
Lost and Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages after items have shipped from our warehouse. We recommend you contact USPS with your tracking number. If packages are marked delivered with the address provided at checkout we recommend checking with your mail carrier to locate the package.
